At the heart of the design, a sleek, louvered pergola shelters a fully equipped outdoor kitchen and dining area for year-round use. A stone fireplace anchors the lounge, featuring a reclaimed wood mantel and integrated media for the ultimate hosting setup. Moving toward the edge of the property, the patio transitions into an intimate fire table area framed by a floating wood bench and a low stone retaining wall.
